COVID-19 - Relocations still permitted

On Friday, 27.3.2020, the Federal Council made it clear that relocations are still permitted. It explicitly states that the FOPH's recommendations must be adhered to.

Apartment viewings and inspections will continue to take place

We welcome this decision and are grateful for the clarity that now prevails.
Wincasa will carry out the agreed apartment viewings and inspections accordingly. We will contact our tenants and prospective tenants in advance. The individual situation is also clarified, practical solutions are sought together if necessary and detailed information is provided about the planned adapted procedure. Of course, compliance with the FOPH guidelines has top priority and must be adhered to at all times.

Hygiene measures at Wincasa

Wincasa already increased cleaning intervals weeks ago, made disinfectant available to its employees and put up flyers for the FOPH's "This is how we protect ourselves" campaign. As before, the principle of social distancing applies to personal contacts at all times. Our employees are on site with liquid soap, disinfectant and disposable gloves. All keys and pens for signing are also disinfected before being handed over. In the case of particularly vulnerable people, a third person can be authorized to inspect the apartment or, if requested by one or both tenants, the landlords can do so alone. The handover protocol is then sent to the parties. As always, they have the right to report any defects and deviations from the handover report to the responsible landlords within 14 days.

Good health and all the best.
