Pilot from February 2021

The rental of 1,500 outdoor parking spaces will start as a pilot throughout Switzerland in February 2021, in cooperation with the Swiss Prime Investment Foundation. However, the highly automated, digital rental contract for outdoor parking spaces is just the beginning. This step has laid the legal, procedural and technological foundation. Wincasa will build on this foundation and is aiming to automate the rental process for other property types in 2021.
