Wincasa Studio

On its transformation journey, the leading integral real estate service provider Wincasa provides its employees and those who want to become employees with a place to experience the company and actively help shape its future.

The newly created Wincasa Studio officially opened its doors in October 2020 and offers space for innovation, encounters, onboarding and training.

Employees at the center

The Wincasa Studio focuses on people, attitude and mindset. This is where initial contacts are made as part of the recruitment and talent acquisition process and where new employees are welcomed on Welcome Days. The training center also offers face-to-face and blended learning courses, which combine classroom sessions with e-learning. Wincasa is now merging digital concepts with analog working methods in property management. To this end, future specialists are prepared for their new role in a model apartment, for example, and trained in the handling of digital processes, the physical handover of apartments and digital customer care.

Ines Doherr, Head of Human Resources: "In the Wincasa Studio, we live and show the world of tomorrow's real estate service providers. We offer a place where employees can receive individual support and interested parties can experience an important touchpoint with potential employer Wincasa. At the same time, we create an innovative atmosphere in the Wincasa Studio in which our employees feel motivated to actively help shape the future of Wincasa. "

The themes of education and innovation run like a common thread through the building

In addition to the Wincasa Studio, floors of the property are also rented out to the HWZ Zurich University of Applied Sciences, the Swiss Commercial Association and memox, a company specializing in flexibly bookable and usable meeting and workshop rooms. Their presence in the building ideally rounds off the themes of education and innovation.
