"Together we can lead the industry into a new era"

Wincasa has its own training facility for its employees in the form of the Management Training Center. The initial focus is on onboarding, where appropriate courses are offered in all areas, says Roland Ramseier, Head of Training Center Management at Wincasa.

Wincasa's aim with the Management Training Center is to help new employees find their way around the company and learn about and implement the quality standards. This is achieved by means of level-appropriate courses in all key subject areas, which are held both online and on site.

However, this is just the first step, as the existing range of training courses will be expanded next year and the number of course units further increased, as Roland Ramseier, Head of Training Center Property Management at Wincasa, explains in an interview with Real Estate Move.
