Wincasa secures property management mandate from PUBLICA
As of 1 January 2027, Wincasa will take over the comprehensive management of the entire real estate portfolio of PUBLICA, one of Switzerland’s largest pension funds. As a single provider, Wincasa will assume full responsibility for the portfolio — from property management and ESG services to construction management and the administration of VAT asset accounting. PUBLICA granted the mandate following a multi-stage tender process supported by POM+ Consulting AG.

Wincasa is currently training 34 apprentices in two exciting professions: customer service specialist and real estate and trust clerk. The apprentices are based at various locations throughout Switzerland. Once a year, they all come together for Apprentice Day – a great opportunity to get to know each other personally, exchange experiences, and strengthen team spirit.

Our apprentices at the Customer Value Center (CVC) show what it truly means to promote young talent: taking responsibility, communicating professionally, and actively contributing – from day one. This summer, Greta Mena and Lorena Hadri successfully completed their apprenticeships as EFZ-certified Customer Dialogue Specialists. We congratulate them and are especially pleased that both have chosen to stay on as part of the Wincasa team.

Wincasa significantly expands its presence in Ticino and takes over Centro Serfontana on a full mandate
Wincasa is further expanding its commitment in Ticino by winning the mandate for the Serfontana shopping center in Morbio (TI). With immediate effect, the Center & Mixed Use Site Management (CMSM) team has a full mandate to manage the Centro Serfontana. This brings the CMSM team for southern Switzerland to ten specialists working from the Grancia and Morbio sites.
Wincasa strengthens property management expertise within the Executive Board
Wincasa is aligning its Executive Board consistently with specialization: Gabriella Gassmann, currently Head of Services & Projects at Wincasa, will take over leadership of the newly focused Residential division and simultaneously join the Executive Board. Thomas Hinderling will continue to lead the Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) division and, in addition, will now oversee all commercial properties within Wincasa’s portfolio.
