New strong trio for French-speaking Switzerland

Wincasa's real estate management team in French-speaking Switzerland has been joined by three proven experts. The new Regional Manager West is Luca Ippoliti.

From professional athlete to real estate professional

Luca Ippoliti, a qualified real estate trustee, is a professional with many years of experience. After finishing his football career, he began his career in the real estate sector in 2004. He held various positions at Privera - from property manager to team leader and, from 2014, branch manager - and therefore has a very large network in French-speaking Switzerland. He speaks all three national languages fluently, which makes him the ideal bridge builder between German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland.

Lots of know-how for Lausanne and Neuchâtel

Two of the four Wincasa branches in French-speaking Switzerland will be under new management from March. Sabina Golac is the ideal new manager for the Neuchâtel branch. The 36-year-old has held various management positions for more than 13 years, the last six of which she has spent at Bâloise Asset Management SA as Real Estate Manager. The qualified real estate specialist also holds a federal diploma in real estate management and will complete her training as a certified real estate trustee in February.

Patrick Cordey is taking over in Lausanne. He has various qualifications and a great deal of experience in the sector. Among other things, he has a federal diploma in real estate management and marketing, a Bachelor of Science in economics and management and a degree in business administration. After holding various positions at Privera SA and Mobimo, he moved to SBB AG in Lausanne in 2013 - most recently as Head of Investment Property Management, where he managed 30 employees.

The new appointments are a gain for Wincasa, as Matthias Bigler, Head of Operations Management at Wincasa, says: "We are delighted that we have been able to fill the three positions in French-speaking Switzerland with very experienced and well-connected candidates. We are convinced that they will use their existing expertise and industry knowledge successfully and profitably for Wincasa and have a positive influence on the positioning in French-speaking Switzerland.
