New mandates and a wide range of specialised assignments for Wincasa
Wincasa continues to expand its mandate portfolio. Recent assignments include the management of Fondiaria SICAV’s real estate portfolio, the INSIDE shopping centre in Volketswil, and overall project management for the conversion of a 28,000 m² printing centre in Zurich. Further mandates cover marketing and site development in Bern and Zurich, as well as specialised services in digitalisation, initial letting and tenant support during renovation projects. These new assignments demonstrate the breadth of Wincasa’s expertise across the entire real estate lifecycle.
Fondiaria SICAV appoints Wincasa as Single Provider
Wincasa has been appointed as Single Provider for the management of the real estate portfolio of the recently launched Fondiaria SICAV. The real estate SICAV was successfully launched in March 2026 and has rapidly expanded its portfolio since then. As at the end of June, the portfolio comprised 38 properties with a market value of approximately CHF 390 million. Residential properties account for 81% of rental income. The portfolio is set to undergo targeted development over the coming years, including further acquisitions. With this mandate, Wincasa strengthens its position in the institutional real estate investment sector and further expands its collaboration with institutional property owners.
New mandates in consulting, marketing and site development
Wincasa is also expanding its activities in specialised real estate services. In Zurich, Wincasa is taking on overall project management for the transformation of the approximately 28,000 m² printing centre on Bubenbergstrasse, overseeing its conversion into a versatile multi-tenant property. At the existing media building at Dammweg 9 in Bern’s Lorraine district, Wincasa is responsible for marketing as part of the comprehensive renovation and will provide property management services before, during and after the construction phase. At Greencity in Zurich Manegg, Wincasa is taking on the marketing and strategic positioning of approximately 7,000 m² of commercial space, as well as Real Estate Community Management to further enhance the site's appeal and vibrancy.
New mandate for the INSIDE shopping centre in Volketswil
With the INSIDE shopping centre in Volketswil, Wincasa has secured another attractive mandate in a region where the company already has a strong presence. Owned by Imufin AG, the property stands out for its distinctive architecture, high visibility and versatile range of uses. Covering approximately 6,000 m², INSIDE brings together retail, food and beverage, office and medical practice space, with well-known anchor tenants including H&M, Müller and McDonald’s. For Wincasa, the mandate presents an opportunity to further strengthen its presence in the Volketswil retail cluster and work closely with the property owner to strategically develop the site's potential.
Specialised assignments ranging from digitalisation to initial letting
Wincasa is also expanding its mandate portfolio through further specialised assignments. For example, Wincasa is supporting a Zurich-based housing cooperative in reviewing, redesigning and digitalising its existing letting processes. The aim is to simplify workflows, improve efficiency and establish a modern digital foundation for future property management. The collaboration with PUBLICA is beginning even before Wincasa takes over the overall management of its real estate portfolio in 2027. For the SKY high-rise development in Dübendorf, Wincasa is responsible for the initial letting of 150 apartments and the commercial space. On Nansenstrasse in Zurich, Wincasa is supporting the renovation of 12
apartments and four retail units while the properties remain occupied, assisting tenants with all aspects of the process – from the current preparation phase through the renovation work in 2027 to completion in October 2028.
