Riverside: On to new shores!

On the former Sulzer industrial site in Zuchwil, a new district is emerging that combines working, living and playing. In the Center and Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM), we are supporting the urban development of the area and helping to further revitalize and open up the Riverside.

LOKwerk – Center Management

The LOKwerk is growing: 60 sustainably built wooden rental apartments are currently being constructed on the roof of the shopping center. At the same time, the center will remain open for business throughout the entire construction period – a challenge. In the video, center manager Ronny Hofmann talks about the issues he is currently dealing with and why it is a great advantage that several Wincasa departments are involved in the project.

Successful deals - our Transaction Advisory has been launched

We are delighted that our new Transaction Advisory service has already successfully completed its first transactions. We would particularly like to highlight the marketing and sale of the timber construction project with 40 apartments on Dohlenweg in the city of Zurich, which we were able to carry out for our parent company Implenia. With Vaudoise Insurance, we were able to gain a competent partner, developer and portfolio holder as a buyer.

Wincasa secures property management mandate from PUBLICA

As of 1 January 2027, Wincasa will take over the comprehensive management of the entire real estate portfolio of PUBLICA, one of Switzerland’s largest pension funds. As a single provider, Wincasa will assume full responsibility for the portfolio — from property management and ESG services to construction management and the administration of VAT asset accounting. PUBLICA granted the mandate following a multi-stage tender process supported by POM+ Consulting AG.
