Livique – new flagship store in the former printing house in Winterthur
The SPSS Investment Fund Commercial (IFC) was seeking a suitable and market-oriented new use for approximately 5,000 m² of commercial space in the former printing house in Winterthur. Wincasa developed a usage concept, identified the property’s suitability for a furniture store and recommended Livique as the ideal tenant. Today, the new location is among the largest Livique stores in Eastern Switzerland and the greater Zurich area.

Renovation and redesign of a historic building
The building at 33-35-37 Faubourg de l'Hôpital, built in 1937, has been completely renovated to improve living comfort, user-friendliness and integration into the cityscape of Neuchâtel. As part of this project, the historic building has been refurbished and now meets the current needs of tenants and the latest environmental requirements.

From the Red Tower to the «Turm Areal Winterthur»
In future, the Red Tower and the buildings in the immediate vicinity in Winterthur will be linked by more than just their striking red brick façades. The mixed-use site management of Switzerland's leading integrated real estate service provider, Wincasa, is planning to further revitalize the area under the name "Turm Areal Winterthur". The redevelopment of the "Turm Areal Winterthur" is a joint project between Wincasa and Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG, the owner of the properties.

Temporary use instead of vacancy in the centre of Zurich
Following the termination of a tenant's lease, a temporary vacancy was expected at the property on Steinmühlenplatz in the centre of Zurich. When it became unlikely that the space would be re-let immediately, the owner and Wincasa Centre Management decided to rent it out as a pop-up space. After reviewing various options, a decision was made over the summer to sign a contract with VeloLoft. The win-win concept was at the forefront of this contract.

We would particularly like to highlight the marketing and sale of the timber construction project with 40 apartments on Dohlenweg in the city of Zurich, which we were able to carry out for our parent company Implenia. With Vaudoise Insurance, we were able to gain a competent partner, developer and portfolio holder as a buyer.

Wincasa secures property management mandate from PUBLICA
As of 1 January 2027, Wincasa will take over the comprehensive management of the entire real estate portfolio of PUBLICA, one of Switzerland’s largest pension funds. As a single provider, Wincasa will assume full responsibility for the portfolio — from property management and ESG services to construction management and the administration of VAT asset accounting. PUBLICA granted the mandate following a multi-stage tender process supported by POM+ Consulting AG.
