Center & Mixed-Use Site Management: Thomas Hinderling becomes new division manager

Thomas Hinderling will become the new Head of Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) at Wincasa as of 1 May 2022. He takes over the position from Felix Kubat, who is leaving the company at his own request. This will result in a double internal succession solution: Thomas Hinderling will become the new Head of CMSM and Philipp Arnold will succeed him as Head of Mixed-Use Site Management (MUSM) German-speaking Switzerland.

Thomas Hinderling has been working for Wincasa since 2017. He played a key role in setting up the Mixed-Use Site Management (MUSM) department, which has been in existence for five years, and initially managed the projects in the Zurich area. In 2019, he was put in charge of the MUSM German-speaking Switzerland division. In this role, he was responsible for the sub-division within Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) and was the Deputy Head of CMSM. Thomas Hinderling will be succeeded by Philipp Arnold as the new Head of MUSM German-speaking Switzerland.
