Center and Mixed Use Site Management: The best of both worlds

The Wincasa Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) will be reorganized from 2023. Based on the positive experience with the combined CMSM locations, this organizational form is now being adapted for the whole of Switzerland.

The first combined CMSM location "Mittelland" was launched almost two years ago. The locations in Bern and Zuchwil were followed by expansion to the west and Ticino last May. The new organizational form was crowned with success and is now being adopted throughout Switzerland.
