CMSM: Two shopping centers on the winners' podium

A representative survey by Blick.ch and Statista determined which companies offer the best customer service when it comes to lifestyle and shopping. Two shopping centers managed by Wincasa made it onto the podium. The Shopping Arena and Sihlcity won gold and silver in the shopping category.

The Top Customer Service in Switzerland 2024 ranking is based on an independent survey of Swiss people who have bought something or used a service in the past three years. The survey was conducted via consumer panels, organized by the internationally renowned ranking company Statista, and via a survey on the Blick websites (German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland). The survey period lasted from September 18 to October 25, 2023.
