"E-Rent" reaches top 3
As part of the Digital Top 10, the best and most promising digitalization tools from the areas of property management, construction, facility management, investment and portfolio management, retail & marketing, etc. are identified each year in the run-up to the Digital Real Estate Summit.
In a first step, a jury selected the top 10 from all the entries. This was followed in a second step by a public vote for the most popular projects. This year, over 5,000 participants chose the following three projects as the winners. Among them was the innovative "E-Rent" solution, which makes it possible to conclude a rental agreement within minutes and completely digitally.
"E-Rent" - end-to-end digital and fully automated rental process
Even though digitalization has been a major topic in the rental sector for some time now, core processes and their sub-steps are still analogue and time-consuming. Wincasa has now succeeded in implementing the rental process digitally and fully automatically from start to finish. The rental process, initially for outdoor parking spaces, is now mobile, efficient and possible around the clock. This makes a decisive contribution to an improved user experience for everyone involved. Wincasa relies on data-based tenant selection and digital rental contract creation. Administrative, recurring and manual activities will no longer be necessary in these areas in future. With E-Rent, tenants benefit from fast, uncomplicated contract conclusion and the real estate service provider from efficient processes.
