Successful deals - our Transaction Advisory has been launched

We are delighted that our new Transaction Advisory service has already successfully completed its first transactions. We would particularly like to highlight the marketing and sale of the timber construction project with 40 apartments on Dohlenweg in the city of Zurich, which we were able to carry out for our parent company Implenia. With Vaudoise Insurance, we were able to gain a competent partner, developer and portfolio holder as a buyer.

This deal is the best proof that our holistic approach pays off. Because Transaction Advisory is about much more than just buying or selling. We support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of a property: from strategic analysis and due diligence through to closing.
