Home office without stumbling blocks

Flexible forms of work and working from home have been part of everyday working life since coronavirus at the latest. Wincasa has been enabling its employees to work in a hybrid model since 2019. In addition to the technical requirements, there are also legal issues to consider.

The home office model was praised as teleworking 25 years ago. However, it has only been adopted by the majority of companies in recent years. This development has been gradual and the term home office is therefore neither legally defined nor enshrined in law.
