Know-how transfer from professionals for professionals

Together with Livit and in collaboration with the HWZ and the SVIT, Wincasa has developed a course in real estate accounting HWZ. The fact that the two largest industry players on the market are launching a course of study together with the Association of the Real Estate Industry and the HWZ is a first. The practice-oriented course has a modular structure and will start for the first time in March 2022.

Real estate accounting is a central cornerstone for real estate service providers - the professional requirements are therefore high. Specific training and further education opportunities in this area have not existed until now. Wincasa and Livit recognized this and, together with SVIT, looked for ways to counteract this situation. The result of this collaboration is the certificate course in real estate accounting, the only one of its kind in Switzerland, which is offered at the HWZ and can be expanded into a "CAS Real Estate Accounting".
