It was only a few decades ago when thousands of workers still went about their daily business in huge factory halls on large industrial sites. Switzerland is now a world leader in technological innovation, but at the same time it has come under pressure as a production location. As a result, more and more of these sites, which bear witness to the once prosperous industry, are empty and unused. These former industrial areas and brownfield sites exist in the most central locations in Switzerland and are increasingly being redeveloped and repurposed. Stücki Park is one of them.
