Mixed-use site management Basel under new management

Basel location with great potential

Stéphanie Brack has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her focus is on the management, marketing and valuation of investment properties in a national and international environment. She joined Wincasa in February 2020 as Tenant Development Manager. In this role, she advised and led the various mixed-use site management teams on marketing and letting issues, strategic considerations and tasks as well as tenant and community management. Since the beginning of 2021, she has also headed the MUSM Basel Klybeck team on an interim basis.

Stéphanie Brack is very much looking forward to her new role: "The holistic approach to mixed-use site management has excited me from the outset. I am very much looking forward to working with the dynamic team to further develop the Basel site and successfully lead the sites into the future. "

Women in management positions at Stücki and Klybeck too

In addition to Stéphanie Brack, two other women hold management positions in the MUSM Basel team. Beatrice Ludwig-Sailer has been working as Real Estate Site Manager at the Klybeck site since February of this year. The business economist and controller has many years of experience in the real estate sector and, as a Basel native, has a strong network in the region.

Sarra Blum will take up the position of Real Estate Site Manager at Stücki Park Mandate in October. The federally certified real estate manager already knows Stücki Park from her previous position as Commercial Manager. Before that, she was Head of Office Services at Lonza. She also comes from Basel and has a correspondingly large network.
