Mixed-use site management: it's the big picture that counts
The central tasks in mixed-use site management primarily include traditional management tasks. However, services such as the coordination of cooperation between several owners on the same site are increasingly in demand.
In the management of mixed-use sites, supplementary disciplines such as location positioning, tenant mix, marketing or the function of bridge builder are becoming increasingly central. This is because the situation in which several owners - i.e. co-owners - come together on a site is becoming increasingly common. Co-owner community (MEG) management involves the promotion of common goals and integrated cooperation between the various co-owners on the site. This makes an important contribution to developing the site into a strong brand and keeping it attractive as a location.
