New ESG platform for efficient management of sustainability data

The real estate industry is responsible for around a third of global greenhouse gas emissions and faces the urgent challenge of reducing them. Wincasa proactively supports its customers on the path to net zero.

As a leading Swiss real estate service provider, Wincasa's vision is to work with the data science PropTech company Novalytica to make sustainability reporting simpler and more transparent. To this end, a platform for managing ESG data has been developed. Among other things, this will make it much easier to create a GRESB report.
