With Papilio Property Solutions, Wincasa and UBS Switzerland Ltd offer property owners an innovative and practical service that provides efficient, sustainable and strategic support for individual renovation projects. The new offering combines technical building analysis, personal advice and financing support under one roof – with the aim of increasing property values in a targeted manner and securing long-term returns. On request, we can also take care of the implementation of the renovation project.
Whether energy-efficient renovation, complete refurbishment or potential analysis – Papilio offers tailor-made solutions in the form of modular consulting packages. Depending on their needs, owners can choose from basic modules such as ‘Basic’, “Energy”, ‘Total Building’ or ‘Potential’ to develop their strategy. For more in-depth analysis, additional modules are available, for example for photovoltaics, e-mobility or GEAK analyses, right through to implementation support.
