Riverside: Off to new shores

Over the next 15 to 20 years, a formerly closed industrial site in Riverside will be transformed into an open and vibrant district. The first construction phase was launched last summer and the first of the 140 rental apartments in the immediate vicinity of the city will be ready for occupation by fall 2021. The project will be complemented by a diverse range of leisure and gastronomy facilities, which should also offer added value for the surrounding residents and the entire community. The Riverside site is just as exciting for real estate service provider Wincasa. A major project for those responsible: Three company units are involved in the area and neighborhood development.
