Riverside: Concentrated expertise on the site
The "Riverside" is being built on a former Sulzer site in Zuchwil, Solothurn. Wincasa is making a decisive contribution to the success of this project and is involved with three business units.
Wincasa has been involved in the project in Zuchwil since the beginning and contributes a great deal of know-how and expertise in the three areas. These are the mixed-use site management specialists, the marketing professionals and the experts in digital touchpoints on the site and for tenants.
The first tenants will move in in October. An ideal time for an on-site inspection. We visited those responsible in Zuchwil and asked them about the project and the integrated collaboration.
