Victor Award for CEO Oliver Hofmann

The Victor Lifetime Award takes its name from Victor Grün, the inventor of the modern shopping mall. The award is presented to special personalities who have left their mark on the industry. Oliver Hofmann is undoubtedly one of them. He has been CEO of Wincasa for ten years and is one of the biggest names in the real estate sector.

Wincasa plays a pioneering role in the area of center and mixed-use site management in particular. Wincasa is the largest independent center operator in Switzerland. Wincasa is also a major player in the field of mixed-use site management. In total, the portfolio includes around 118 centers and sites, and the innovative services range from classic site management and fully digitalized tenant journeys to MEG and community management. Oliver Hofmann and his team recognized the potential early on and pushed ahead with the development of the CMSM department.

The award was presented by Jan Tanner at the Shopping Center Forum in Zurich.
