Wincasa strengthens its Executive Board: Boris Schlaeppi to lead the Construction Management business unit

Boris Schlaeppi brings many years of experience in client advisory, client representation and project development. In his previous role at CSL Immobilien, he served as Head of Business Unit and member of the Executive Board, with responsibility for client services. Prior to that, he held various positions in the real estate sector, including roles as client representative, in project development and in supplier management at Swiss Life Asset Management. He began his professional career as an architect before specialising in client services in building construction. With his comprehensive experience across all phases of real estate projects, Boris Schlaeppi will further develop and strengthen the Construction Management business unit in a targeted manner.
