Wincasa takes over management mandate from IMMOFONDS and IMMOFONDS suburban

As Switzerland's leading real estate service provider, Wincasa is taking over the management of Immofonds Asset Management AG's real estate portfolio. The focus is on residential properties throughout Switzerland.

The mandate, which will be taken over on July 1, 2022, comprises over 130 properties with around CHF 2 billion in assets under management and a development pipeline of a further CHF 700 million. By winning this mandate, Wincasa is expanding its position as Switzerland's leading real estate service provider.
