How your apprenticeship works
Year of training
- Introduction and support from your vocational trainer
- Getting to know the property portfolio, checking tenancy agreements, processing tickets with various tenant concerns and other commercial tasks
- Telephone contact with apartment applicants, tenants and tradespeople
Year of training
- Taking on more demanding tasks, e.g. organising and assisting with flat viewings
- Getting to know at least one other exciting business area at Wincasa for 3 to 12 months (e.g. property accounting, centre management)
Year of training
- Taking on initial tasks of a property management clerk, e.g. reminders and debt collection, and assisting with all aspects of marketing and letting properties
- Revision and consolidation of activities from previous semesters
